Our Research & Development department studies solutions and technologies with manual or automatic format changeovers that are easy for operators to use and suitable for today’s and tomorrow’s industries.

Many machines are equipped with robots designed by our Technical Office to minimize space requirements, enhance performance, and above all, provide a comprehensive service with full product responsibility.

For us, service begins well before the sale, it starts with a consulting service, an examination of the production line and a technical evaluation that enables us to provide our Customers with exactly the packaging machine or complete solution they need, anticipating the possible needs of tomorrow.
This preliminary work makes it possible to reduce design time and assess all needs in advance.

Our packaging machines are built with great care and undergo rigorous quality control. However, the production demands placed on these machines necessitate regular or extraordinary maintenance, which Imball has been planning with its customers for years.

For emergencies, our  numerous transfer techniciansare trained  to restore the functionality of the various machines in the shortest possible time, and programmers  can connect remotely at any time of the day, avoiding burdensome productivity losses.

Thanks to the large automatic warehouses, we have a large stock of spare parts and the innovative APP  3D helps the customer to buy spare parts also independently.
