A single automatic forming machine for those who need to handle extremely large boxes and trays on the same line or to process smaller products in double or triple lanes.

The EFFE 23 automatic machine can mount:

a single head to handle large formats
2 or 3 heads to form smaller boxes at a maximum speed of 150 cpm
In the multi-head version, it can have a head with an extended range to accommodate larger sizes/formats

A characteristic of all Imball formers is the design that allows for a simple and quick format change, and upon request, automatic format change.

It provides great performance and excellent processing for all types of glue or interlocking boxes and trays, with pressed or corrugated cartons of different thicknesses.
