The AV 40 LS case packer is a very compact machine that is easy to install even in existing production lines.
Forms, fills and closes with hot glue or tape up to 12 American cartons per minute.
The product is prepared on the gripping surface through customized feeders and picked up by a 2-axis Imball robot that stacks one or more layers in a precise, orderly, and fast manner.
The format change is an easy operation that requires little time.
